Intended form
The approved design is a compact 2D side-scroller for desktop browser first. Gameplay is intended to stay on a 2D plane, with optional 2.5D visual depth from layered art — not 3D navigation.
A small Construct carries the functions that still matter from an old structure that cannot grow into a new one that can.
